Workforce

At Harrison Global, the wellbeing of our people is our highest priority. We believe a successful company is built on responsible employment practices, a strong commitment to health and safety, and an inclusive culture that values every individual. We’re proud to have a 41% female workforce and continue to invest in our people, delivering 1,200+ hours of training last year (+15%) and 41 DEI courses with 100% completion. To further support our teams, we’ve introduced a Mental Health & Wellbeing programm and three dedicated champions. We also encourage our staff to get involved with local community projects, and we’re proud that over 250 volunteer hours have been dedicated to these causes. Health and safety remain central to our approach. We’ve set a benchmark for performance across the group (13 accidents, 83 sickness cases, 177 injuries, 89 stress-related absences, 2 mental health cases, and 14 Covid cases) and are pursuing ISO 45001 certification to provide a robust framework for continual improvement. As a long-standing Sedex member, we remain committed to responsible sourcing, improving ethical standards, and fostering a workplace where every person feels valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their best work.
