Community
In 2024–2025, our Community pillar continued to reflect the compassion and commitment of our people. Across sites and offices, staff have dedicated their time, creativity, and resources to make a tangible difference locally and beyond. At our manufacturing site, our Administration team and their friends knit and crochet squares and blankets for women and children in Dunkirk refugee camps—offering warmth and comfort to those in need. At Head Office, employees supported Evesham Nursery School, fundraising for new books and toys to enhance early learning experiences. Company-wide, we proudly backed a variety of charitable causes, including Shakespeare Hospice, the Brain Tumour Charity (via the London Marathon) , Martin House Hospice for Terminally Ill Children, Macmillan Coffee Morning, British Heart Foundation, St Richard’s Hospice Foundation, and Movember Europe. To further encourage community engagement, each employee is offered a dedicated half-day of paid volunteer time to contribute to local initiatives such as Evesham Caring Hands in the Vale and community litter- picking events. Our ongoing efforts underscore a culture that values compassion, social responsibility, and shared purpose—demonstrating that caring for our community is at the heart of who we are.
