Harrison Global: Corporate Social Responsibility Report 2024

26

Over a two-week period, our Sustainability Director – Jacqui Brown , led a comprehensive Double Materiality Assessment in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team to identify and prioritise the ESG topics most significant to Harrison Global’s operations, stakeholders, and long-term strategy. This process evaluated each topic through two key lenses — financial materiality (its impact on business success) and impact materiality (our influence on society and the environment). Through detailed workshops and analysis, we assessed areas such as carbon emissions, supply chain ethics, labour practices, diversity and inclusion , and regulatory compliance . The results guided us in mapping priorities that balance commercial performance with social and environmental responsibility. This exercise not only strengthens alignment with global frameworks such as the UN Global Compact, GR I, and SBTi, but also reinforces accountability across all departments. By understanding where our efforts drive the most value and positive change, we are better positioned to integrate sustainability into every business decision — enhancing transparency, improving stakeholder trust, and ensuring measurable progress towards our ESG and net zero goals.
