Executive Summary
At Harrison Global, we’re here to solve retail’s toughest challenges in a smart , conscious , and efficient way . That purpose has never felt more relevant. A message from our Managing Director

Our progress this year reflects strength across all three pillars of our strategy: for our Planet , a verified reduction in emissions and transition to renewable energy; for our People , new wellbeing and inclusion initiatives alongside full DEI training completion; and for our Performance , strengthened supplier engagement and transparent reporting. These pillars guide our actions, and together they capture what responsibility looks like at Harrison Global. But more than numbers, this was a year where our people truly lived our brand promise – Authentically Responsible. Winning Together . From colleagues who shared commuting rides to teams who embraced refurbished IT and new processes, progress was driven by everyday actions across the business. Our commitment has been recognised externally too. We’re proud to have achieved a Silver EcoVadis rating, placing us in the top 25% of companies assessed worldwide. This independent validation reflects our strong foundations across environment, labour rights,
