Fees are billed in three installments. 1) $2,610.00 - Estimated Direct Expenses is billed upon execution of this contract. If the actual direct costs differ from this amount, the difference (either positive or negative) will be applied to the first half of the contract service fee billing. 2) $1,447.00 - The first half of the Contract Service Fee is billed upon the mailing of the election package. *Any applicable optional services selected may be added to this amount. 3) $1,447.00 - The second half of the Contract Service Fee is billed upon the completion of the election. *Any applicable optional services selected may be added to this amount. *Optional Service fees include all direct costs such as printing, envelopes and postage and may be billed separately depending on size of association and timing of service provided.
