Where this action impacts non-County owned roads, it will be coordinated with FDOT and respective jurisdictions. Balance the need for single-occupant vehicle capacity on the PXOWLPRGDOWUDQVSRUWDWLRQQHWZRUNZLWKVXVWDLQDEOHȴVFDO environmental, social or economic outcomes by prioritizing investments in Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSM&O) and alternative forms of transportation.
