REMS Akku-Press 22 V Connected always gives you complete control over all the pressings that you produce. Pressing pressure is monitored during work, with results indicated immediately afterwards by a laughing or sad smiley shown in the OLED display. Linked by Wi-Fi to the Cloud, data is transferred, processed and saved, and is accessible to users at all times through the REMS Service-Portal. Available functions include viewing of measurement/ pressing data, creation of reports with text, photos and your own company logo, configuration of the product, and geolocalisation of the pressing sites. For every pressing, a voice message can be recorded, converted into editable text and integrated into a report. Settable usage bars make it difficult for thieves to steal the device. REMS’ smart, cordless radial press has a thrust force of 32 kN and is suitable for radial press joints of Ø 10 to 108mm. It can drive pressing tongs/pressing rings from REMS and other compatible brands. With a weight of just 3.3kg and length of only 36.3cm (including V15 pressing tongs), it is extremely light and handy and can therefore be used anywhere, including hands-free, overhead and in confined spaces. Optimum weight distribution, ergonomic design, soft grip handles and an anti-vibration system guarantee comfortable, fatigue-free working. Other practical features include a rotating pressing tongs seat, electric monitoring of the tong retaining bolt, a safety switch and adjustable LED work lights. The REMS Li-Ion 22 V Technology platform provides heavy- duty, lightweight and powerful batteries of different capacities. All REMS 22 V cordless tools can also be used with an optional power supply on the 230 V mains. www.rems.de
