By 2030, Bean2me aims to complete its transition toward carbon neutrality across Scopes 1, 2, and 3, addressing in particular the incompressible emissions linked to coffee transport, which represent a significant share of its footprint. This ambition builds on already achieved milestones: the full recovery of plastic, paper, and food waste, the elimination of single-use consumables, and the 100% certification of coffee sourcing according to recognized social and environmental standards. Bean2me demonstrates that sustainability in the food and beverage service sector is not reserved for large-scale players. A Swiss SME can lead by example, embedding circularity directly into its core business model, ensuring full traceability and responsible sourcing, and proving that zero- waste solutions can also create value for clients. Through STI, Bean2me has structured its ambitions, accelerated implementation, and anchored sustainability into everyday decision-making.
