Safety First. Embedding a Shared Culture of Protection. At Purever, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Across more than 15 countries and 1,500 colleagues, our teams share one purpose: to protect life through the spaces we create, the technologies we develop, and the care we show for one another.
ISO 45001 All companies are progressing towards ISO 45001 certification: MISA and Ardmac are already certified, while Purever Industrial Solutions target 2026. Additionally, last year Purever Industrial Solutions was recognised with a Health & Safety award, reflecting the site’s strong commitment to the Safety First program and continuous improvement in workplace protection. Mental health & wellbeing Ardmac’s large‑scale campaign for World Suicide Prevention Day, including toolbox talks and site‑wide awareness actions.
Employee wellbeing is central to Purever’s long-term success. In 2024, we launched the Group-wide rollout of the Safety First programme, to establish a unified approach to health, safety, and wellbeing across all subsidiaries. The initiative includes multilingual e-learning, a Group SHEQ Committee, and regular safety audits and risk assessments. We continue to invest in training, wellbeing, and inclusion, empowering every employee to work safely and thrive in a diverse, supportive environment. A unified Group system for safety and people metrics is being developed as part of our broader preparation for CSRD‑aligned reporting. This work will enable more consistent, comparable, and reliable data across all companies, strengthening accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the Purever group.
