Opening with a welcome dinner, you’ll have the opportunity to meet your cohort and the programme director, before focussing each day on developing a core leadership skill. Behavioural science underpins much of the learning, from building self-awareness and understanding your personal leadership style better, to exploring how biases and emotions shape decisions, leadership impact, and workplace culture. You’ll discover how to move beyond daily management to true leadership, by exploring the importance of clear visions and adopting more people- centred approaches that can inspire teams and drive collective success. The programme ends with an executive coaching session where you’ll create your own personalised development plan, giving you a clear, actionable roadmap to elevate your leadership long after you leave.
