T ucson Pumps latest launch of boiler application pumps; the Tucson GBHR and OBCP ranges are designed as simple and easy to fit, gas and liquid boiler retrofit products. In accordance with the most recent applicable section of the Energy-Related Products Directive (ErP) 2009/125/ EC – all boilers are to be retro-fit with a replacement circulating pump and must be replaced using an ErP compliant pump, this latest aspect of the directive applies from 1st January 2022. All Tucson circulation pumps conform to the 2009 ERP directive, and this applies also to Tucson Pumps latest launch of boiler application pumps. TUCSON ENERGY EFFICIENT BOILER RETRO-FIT PUMPS The GBPHR and OBCP can be retro- fit onto most boilers available on the market – old and new. These pumps can be used within a standard heating system application also. Boiler adaptor cabling allows for quick and easy connection to
existing boiler terminals – Plug & Play. The GBPHR provides up to eight metres head of pressure, with a TF value of 110°C and is available in both clockwise and counter clockwise options. This pump has an optional Pulse Width Modulation Feature (PWM) and carries a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. The OBCP is available in six and eight metre head of pressure options, with a TF value of 110°C. The pump comes with an optional PWM feature also and holds a three-year manufacturer’s warranty. Both Tucson GBPHR and OBCP offer compact dimensions, with a reduced weight being a factor strongly considered during the design of both pumps. TUCSON ENERGY EFFICIENT CIRCULATING PUMPS The original range of circulation pumps consists of five, six and eight metre head cast iron volute pumps with electrophoresis coating. These are extremely popular amongst plumbers and installers for their ease of installation within heating systems, offering a user- friendly control panel, install-friendly kit, and easy set-up procedure for optimum pumping performance. TUCSON WATER BOOSTING SYSTEMS Tucson water boosting products are designed around the specific needs and requirements of the Irish and British markets, and these products have been well received by local installers as a new and reliable alternative, resulting in Tucson becoming a significant brand in Ireland and the UK.
