A section on “proposed right-of-way explains the basis for the minimum right of way widths to be preserved. Figure 21 illustrates the process for determining the widths through use of a decision tree. Figure 22 defines the requirements in text through references to the Right of way Standards and Design Guidelines Table (see Figure 18 and Figure 19).
