Determination of Alignment The County Engineer ensures that the right-of-way comes from both sides of the road, if possible. However, in cases where there is a constraining factor such as a drainage canal, railroad, or if more than one–half the right-of-way has previously been provided by the opposing development, dedication may be required only on property from one side of the corridor. Section 952.08(1)(b) states:
