HIGH FIVES!

Thank you, Daniel, for your hard work, positive energy, and dedication to keeping us safe. You truly are making a difference every day! Guide From: Cody Huft, Jerome Transfer Yard To: Jackson Theberge, Sawtooth Door Big shoutout to Jackson from Sawtooth Door. He came by our transfer yard and helped us organize the doors we are holding onto. Thanks to his help, we can now find and load the doors quicker, making us that much more efficient. Thanks, brother, it looks awesome back there, and it will be a HUGE help! Wow From: Tyler Honn, Boise CSR To: Steve Meyers, Boise Estimating In preparation to ship a house pack, Steve Meyers saw an issue with a beam during estimating, and together, we found a solution. The customer was very impressed with the detail we put into the estimating process. Good job, Steve, for outstanding customer service. Strive From: Linda Szerwo, Jerome Truss To: Jerome Truss Team I want to give a high five to everyone at the Jerome Truss Plant and the High Desert CSRs. Due to mechanical trouble, the truss plant was without a Gantry Table for over a week. The production staff rolled up their sleeves and did some “old school” building with no complaints or injuries and were able to complete the truss packages. Several others stepped out of their main roles to help wherever help was needed. Our CSRs were accommodating while production shuffled deliveries around to keep the customers satisfied. Great teamwork all around!

Easy From: Jill Flabel, Boise Door and Finish To: Cory Griffith, Boise Door and Finish

I would like to give Cory Griffith a high five for outstanding customer service. He is always willing to help when it comes to solving a problem. Recently, a customer was having an issue with his handle set. Cory went to the hardware shed and found the correct handle set, and the salesman was able to hand deliver it to the job site and make the customer HAPPY! Thank you, Cory, for ALWAYS going the extra mile! Safe From: David Cruz, Caldwell Truss To: Daniel Rodriguez, Caldwell Truss Daniel’s positive attitude, constant willingness to lend a hand, and unwavering commitment to safety have made him a valued member of our team and a role model. As a safety mentor, Daniel actively contributes to our safety meetings, consistently sharing his insights and helping shape the direction of our safety protocols. He has a keen eye for identifying potential hazards and is instrumental in implementing safety changes that keep our team safe every day. Daniel’s leadership in safety isn’t just about talking the talk — he walks the walk. His actions, from conducting thorough safety checks to offering safety tips to new team members, show just how much he cares about the well-being of his coworkers. His proactive approach makes him an incredible asset, and his positive attitude is contagious. We’re fortunate to have someone like Daniel, who excels in his role and makes the workplace safer and more enjoyable for everyone.

Highlighting the Pocatello Window Department

The Pocatello Windows Department has undergone significant changes in the past year. Led by manager Jordan Green, the department has reemerged with a heightened commitment to its customers, striving to deliver the best service in every interaction. Our dedicated team is diligently reorganizing departmental policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Andrew Block, Windows Account Coordinator, acts as a frontline supervisor for the Windows department, handling customer interactions and orders. Marcus Dennison backs him up in the office and is also skilled in window services and general all-around windows. Kris Hudson, a window service technician, is highly experienced in creative solutions and problem-solving window issues. John Rifelj is

and the equipment the team uses. All window orders have been relocated to an offsite windows location, which has been rearranged to accommodate three times the number of windows. The space at the store previously occupied by window orders has been modified to hold area wells, ladders, Boman Kemp windows, and other stock items customers may need to pick up occasionally. A windows service van was ordered and outfitted with Milwaukee Pack-outs and a sliding glass rack for easier access, increased safety, and better storage of service materials out of elements. Lastly, the department created a few new positions that will provide our windows customers with a more present and well- rounded support system. We are very excited about the windows team here in Pocatello. Significant changes have been made, and the future is looking very bright.

our delivery driver and backup service technician alongside the newest addition to the team, Brayden Casper.
