n At the end of the first week of September, all the Junior School pupils took part in a morning of Teambuilding activities. Based around their Houses, all the pupils were in groups where the older pupils supported the younger pupils (especially the new ones) in completing a variety of challenges, which were creative, cerebral or physical. From marshmallow towers and flagpole building to blindfolded obstacle courses and ‘Electric Fence’, the pupils showed great collaboration, persistence and problem-solving skills, even if they didn’t meet success immediately. The Teambuilding Day really helps the vertical integration of the pupils and brings them all closer together at the beginning of the new school year.
