to training with numbers this year higher than ever before showing the appetite for sport. I would also like to thank all of the staff involved for giving so many wonderful opportunities to the pupils. Finally, I would like to thank the parents for the continued support on the sidelines or poolside. n From Year 3 to 6 all pupils have enjoyed a fantastic cricket season and competed against a number of other schools. Every Junior School pupil had the opportunity to represent the College at cricket in at least three fixtures this term with numerous successes across each Year group. Year 3’s first Dulwich College cricket season involved every single pupil in the year group and impressed with many close fixtures, it’s exciting to see their development as a year group in the future. Whilst the Under 9A squad had some great results against Dulwich Prep London and Donhead Preparatory School, Nico P starring with the ball and Devarsh G captaining excellently. Year 5 had a successful term of cricket, the highlight being a full block fixture victory against Donhead Preparatory School and the Under 10A squad winning the Reigate 6s competition, the first time Dulwich College have achieved this success. The team overturned a loss to Colfe’s in the group stage to beat them in the Final off the last ball. The Year 6 squads also had a positive season competing across all their fixtures. In a season punctured by poor weather, well done to every pupil for their efforts to participate and learn this summer.
year, the addition of the 3G pitch has meant more training and fixtures were able to take place even when the weather was against us. Seeing the pupils playing such a wide range of sports gives each pupil the broad base to build on moving forwards. I would like to thank the boys for their commitment
