Year 3 n The Year 3s have enjoyed an extremely bright start to their Dulwich Rugby careers and have with competitive fixtures against Hornsby House, Cumnor House and Eaton House. This is just a taste of what is to come in Year 4 and beyond with bigger tournaments to look forward to. Year 4 n The Year 4s kicked the season off with an excellent tournament at Shrewsbury house. Fixtures against DPL, Cumnor House and Hornsby House followed and so many boys pushed their way up through the teams. Three of the most improved players were Romeo BB, Adrian S and Robbie M who really showed their quality in the House rugby competition. Year 5 n Year 5 took their enthusiasm for rugby to new levels this season. They attended exciting tournaments at Eltham College where Jackson L was excellent as they won every game and at Trinity where Dante N’s elusive running provided many headaches for the opponents on the way to winning all but one match. A special mention must go to Josh HN who transformed himself in the C-team to become not only one of the most explosive runners but also the most reliable tacklers. Year 6 n The Year 6s ended their Junior School rugby careers on a real high. Their first fixture was away at Trinity where the A, B and C teams secured convincing victories. The middle of the season included two excellent victories against local rivals Dulwich Prep London where DJ I really was the star of the show with his uncompromising tackling and athletic running. Daniel N also emerged from the Bs with his intelligent support lines and eye for an offload. The big climax of Junior School rugby is the annual journey to The Rosslyn Park Sevens. This is the largest rugby tournament in the world with 1000s of participants across five days and our U11s got to be a part of the final day alongside our U13s and U18s First XV players. RUGBY
