Now that you have personalised your home we’ll do the rest. Once your selections have been installed and your home has been signed off by the warranty provider in compliance with mortgage lenders requirements (CML), and complies with all of the relevant regulations, we’ll update you on your anticipated completion date.

On your completion day, when Story Homes is in receipt of the monies from your conveyancer, we will hand you the keys to your new home and from that point forward it will legally be yours. During the weeks following your completion our Site and Sales team will be on hand to support you until our Customer Aftercare team get in touch with you to introduce themselves; they will be there to assist you during your warranty period.
