Payment terms
Before exchange of contracts Where orders for upgrades and optional extras are placed before contracts are exchanged, 50% of the total must be paid on order with the remaining balance being paid on completion. After exchange of contracts Where orders for upgrades and optional extras are placed after contracts are exchanged, 25% of the total must be paid on order with the remaining balance being paid on completion. Please note we are unable to cancel or change any upgrades or optional extras once they have been ordered.* General terms and conditions • Items and prices listed are correct at the time of publication and may be subject to change without prior notice • Prices are non-negotiable • Choices, upgrades and optional extras are house type and development specific and are subject to build stage and availability • Where a current model is listed, the updated model would be supplied if this is superseded • Where an item is not available or discontinued by the supplier or manufacturer following purchase, a suitable alternative may be offered or refund provided • Any requests for upgrades and optional extras must be made in accordance with the relevant build stage detailed • All works are subject to the build stage of each property at the date of the request • No requests can be accepted once the relevant build stage has commenced Terms and Conditions: Story Homes reserves the right to alter our specification at any time; if the change(s) proposed significantly alter the design, construction, or materials to be used within the individual plot or substantially alter its size, appearance or value you are not obliged to agree to them and can cancel your reservation or rescind the purchase contract if you have exchanged contracts. In all other circumstances your consent is not required to the changes. All images are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the fittings and furnishings on all developments. Please refer to the Consumer Code for Home Builders for further information. Pricing is non-negotiable and subject to change until you have placed your order and paid for your upgrades and optional extras.
