There are two sides to every inspection tag: one with the monthly inspection information that should be completed monthly by the employee, and one with the annual inspection information that should be completed within the last 12 months by a licensed contractor.
MONTHLY FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSPECTION To be completed by hotel employee. Tag should be dated and initialed by the employee each month when inspection is completed.
ANNUAL FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSPECTION To be completed by licensed contractor. Annual inspection tag should show: • Type of extinguisher
• Year it was last inspected/serviced • Month it was last inspected/serviced
