HERD HEALTH All bulls will have proper health certifi- cates. All bulls were given Vista Once, Vision 7 - Somunus in August. Heifers had the same round of shots as the bulls. SEMEN RIGHTS We are reserving 33% of semen rights on all bulls. BREEDING GUARANTEE Bulls will be checked and semen tested. FEED RATION We want to thank feed specialist Tyler Melroe, for his ration and guidance on growing the bulls. We feel more secure than ever that a bulls’ balanced ration will keep them sound for their lifetime. ADDITIONAL PERFORMANCE DATA Yearling weights and scrotal measure- ments as well as carcass information will be available sale day. TRUCKING AND BOARDING BULLS Free trucking up to 350 miles or we will deduct $100 from sale price of each bull if you haul on sale day. All bulls will be kept free of charge until April 10, 2026, at buyer’s risk. ANNOUNCEMENTS All announcements from the sale block will take precedence over printed materials such as catalog or advertising.
FIRST BREEDING SEASON GUARANTEE Any bull selling for $4,500 or more will be covered for 50% by Sletten Angus if they are injured during their first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 60-day period following the first turnout of the bull. This is NOT mortality insurance. Fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price, minus half the salvage value, will be given as credit toward a replacement bull, if we have one available, or as credit at next year’s sale. 1. All injured bulls must be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian. 2. We must be notified should injury occur and before the bull is sold for salvage. A copy of the salvage receipt must be sent to us. 3. All claims must be made by Sept. 1, 2026. Sletten Angus will not be responsible for more than half of the purchase price of the bull. Mortality insurance will still be available for those who wish to purchase it.
