A blend of fruits and vegetables of your choice to create a creamy refreshing beverage that can be consumed as a snack or meal replacement! We want to make sure you get all the nutrients you need in one cup , that’s why we found the best smoothie recipe that checks all the boxes to fuel you for the day. This chia seed smoothie is illed with iber, protein, and antioxidants , and here’s what you’ll need:
2 cups of frozen strawberries 1 banana (room temp) ½ cup Greek Yogurt ¾ cup milk of your choice (almond, oatmilk) 2 tablespoons chia seeds
By blending all these ingredients together in the blender, you’ll be left with a creamy delicious breakfast that'll leave you full and energized.
