Our Structure
The Estates function is currently structured across two broad strands of activity comprising: • Management of the Estate (projects, safe spaces, reactive and planned maintenance and capital projects). The Estates Manager supports a network of premises colleagues across school sites. • PFI and Soft Facilities Management (largely delivered through the Trust’s trading subsidiary: Fusion School Services Ltd).
