Of those three, some form of hybrid is expected for the majority of Finance workers, while the other two are split evenly between on-site, hybrid, and remote. As our workplaces continue to evolve alongside technological advances, the way in which we do our jobs will evolve too, but at least for the time being, remote and hybrid work represent a growing minority of jobs.

This of course, only tells part of the story as there is understandably a wide variation among industries.
