LEXANDRIA, VA — NAI KLNB has an- nounced the leasing of more than 275,000 s/f of in- dustrial space, in two separate transactions, in the northern Virginia marketplace. An undisclosed tenant signed a 97,016 s/f full-building lease at 4607 Eisenhower Ave., a warehouse/industrial building located in Alexandria. Marc Tasker, CCIM, SIOR; Josh Simon, SIOR and Pierce Kreutzer of NAI KLNB rep- resented the landlord, Capital Investment Advisors, LLC in this transaction. Tasker and Kevin Goeller, CCIM, SIOR also represented Prologis in the completion CLARK,NJ — Denholtz Associate has announced that the Township of Clark Planning Board has unani- mously approved a 14,000 s/f shopping center located at the 21-acre mixed use site on Terminal Ave. in Clark. The approvals are the first step in the planned redevel- opment of the property that stretches from Central Ave. to Westfield Ave. and exem- plify the strategic partner- ship between the Township of Clark and Denholtz Associ- ates. The shopping center will boast a clean, modern design and will be anchored by New York Community Bank and a free-standing Dunkin Donuts featuring a drive thru. The rezoning of Terminal Ave. has broadened the property’s range of commercial and retail use and future development opportunities allowing Den- holtz Associates to work with the township to enhance local amenities and services for residents. Ripco Real Estate’s David Townes arranged the new lease on behalf of Grabbagreen, OLD BRIDGE, NJ — R.J. Brunelli & Co., LLC an- nounced the recent completion of a series of leases that will introduce national retailers, restaurants, automotive, and personal service providers to sites across New Jersey and in Louisiana. In its capacity as Dollar Tree’s real estate represen- tative for all of New Jersey, the Old Bridge-based firm brokered a lease that will bring the nation’s largest single-price-point retailer to an 11,585 s/f freestanding building at 315 E. Main St., nearWrightstown Rd. Located directly across the street from McGuire Air Force Base, the building previously housed a furniture store. R.J. Brunelli President/Principal Danielle Brunelli-Albrecht brokered the deal for the store, which is expected to open next Sep- tember. As New Jersey tenant rep- resentative for Sally Beauty, Brunelli-Albrecht completed a deal that will bring the in- ternational specialty retailer and distributor of professional beauty supplies to an 1,865 s/f space at the Shoppes at Flem- ington on Reaville Rd. In NJ, the firm signed the chain for a 5,000 s/f loca- tion at 1639 Main Ave., in Clifton, while in LA, the firm represented the tenant in a lease for a 4,000 s/f-space at 56381 Frank Pichon Rd. in Slidell. Both deals were bro- kered by senior sales associ- ate Patti Fiore , who serves as the firm’s AAMCO account manager. n
