Our goal is to be a leader in promoting the benefits of more sustainable homes, offices, schools, hospitals, theaters, retail spaces and more. ”Green” building makes communities more environmentally responsible and creates better places to live, learn and work. The person selected for this positionmust build andmaintain strong working relationships with the Board, staff, allied organizations, government entities, partners, sponsors and a broad array of external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a creative and visionary force in thinking about the organization’s future, yet also be a pragmatic, hands-on business leader and manager who can build an organization’s resources and brand in order to achieve those larger ambitions. This position also requires an individual who is assertive, yet has effective interpersonal and problem solving skills in order to maintain a positive organizational culture.
