Killian has been a strong red heifer bull sire for us, making them dark red with plenty of growth. Coupled with a really nice Clyde daughter, this calf has some extra size and stretch. He weaned off at 868 pounds, making him the heaviest weaning red calf in the group. He should work for someone looking to add performance in a red package.

This calf is out of one of Cooper’s cows and has been the nicest red calf here all year. The dam has done well for him, including selling a bull in last year’s sale to Cody Gentzkow. We are missing DNA on the granddam’s side, so we cannot call him a purebred on paper. Even so, he is a stout, strong-topped calf with a lighter birth weight and plenty of growth. He also offers an outcross pedigree for our program.
