SALE DAY INFORMATION
HERD HEALTH - All bulls will sell with health and brand papers. SEMEN INTEREST - we will be retaining a 1/2 semen interest in all bulls sold, unless otherwise noted ANNOUNCEMENTS - A supplement sheet will be available on sale day with updated information including homozygous black and carcass traits. This sheet and any announcements made form auction block take precedence over catalog. All responsibility goes to the buyer after the auctioneer says SOLD. Every effort will be made to ensure safe handling of cattle throughout the sale and load out process. GUARANTEE - All bulls are guaranteed against injury or death through the first breeding season. (90 days after turn out). If a replacement bull is not available, a credit will be given toward the purchase of a bull at the sale the following year. If a problem should arise, please contact Barwick Gelbvieh immediately to resolve this issue. DELIVERY - All cattle can be delivered free of charge in Nebraska and northern Kansas. Arrangements can be made for delivery anywhere in the US. **** If you haul your bull(s) day of sale, you will be given a $100 discount per bull**** FREE CARE - All bulls not taken home on sale day will feed and cared for until April 1 st free of charge. Bulls needing fed after April 1 st are subject to a cost of $3.5 per head/per day. RESPONSIBILITY - All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. Neither the sales management nor the consignors assume any liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur.

ABSENTEE BIDDING- absentee bidders who wish to utilize the internet may bid online at www.dvauction.com. Please register online 24 hours prior to sale. We guarantee your satisfaction of all bulls purchased sight unseen. All bids will be handled with integrity and confidentiality. TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Terms are cash or check, all settlements must be made day of sale before bulls leave the grounds. All bulls sell under the terms of the AGA (American Gelbvieh Association).

Our numbers are not large, but the quality runs deep with bulls that will flat add pounds to the scales and $$$$ in your pocket. We take great pride in calving ease and their gentle disposition. The bulls are fed a high roughage ration for longevity and we have strived to put together an outstanding set of functional bulls that will be evidenced by performance, carcass quality, and maternal traits in their offspring allowing for pounds on sale day and quality replacement females.
