Dear Church Family and Friends,
I am excited about our new sermon series Rooted. This series aims to deepen our commitment as followers of Christ and empower us to make disciples in our community.
Together, we will explore and practice the 7 rhythms of Rooted that the early church embraced:
1. Daily devotion 2. Prayer 3. Repentance
4. Sacrificial generosity 5. Serving the community 6. Sharing your story 7. Worship
The series will run from September 1 to November 10 and will include:
- Inspiring weekly sermons - Small group discussions using the book Rooted - Daily devotionals to enrich our spiritual journeys
A key element of this process is prayer. In Acts 1:14, we see the early church's unwavering commitment to prayer:

“They all joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers.” (Acts 1:14, NIV)
Just like the early church, let us prioritize prayer in our lives. May we come together in unity, lifting our voices to God.
In the book of Acts, we witness a remarkable group of men and women who transformed their world by spreading the love and message of Christ. One of the powerful tools they used was prayer. I encourage you to join me this fall in finding a prayer partner and participating in a small group so we can pray together consistently. Let’s seek God’s guidance and see how He can use us to make a difference in our world.
I am eagerly anticipating the incredible work God will do in our hearts and lives through this series!
