heavy-duty machine but it’s also simpler, says Frysinger. “We didn’t want or need all the ‘bells and whistles,’ we just wanted a durable, high performance die cutter and we found it with Macarbox, which has been fantastic with their service and 24-hour support.” Macarbox has technicians in both Spain and Mexico who use WhatsApp to communicate with Tyoga’s produc- tion team and maintain electronic connections between the machines. “We’re very happy with our multiple in- vestments,” says Frysinger. “We still have a ‘punch list’ of things we’re improving on and Macarbox is very commit- ted to resolving every last item on our list. We’ve got tech- nicians and engineers here regularly and we have weekly
