LIZABETH, NJ — On October 27th, 2016, El- beron Development Group (Elberon) and joint venture partner The Avidan Group, LLC , held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of the JV’s 140,000 s/f freezer warehouse built for French food distribu- tor Seafrigo. Mayor of Elizabeth, J. Chris- tian Bollwage, who lent his support to the massive project and was instrumental in its success, was on hand to assist with the ceremonial duties. Joining him were several E

residential units and one com- mercial unit at 1211 Bergenline Ave. in Hudson County’s Union City by Nicolaou and the $2 mil- lion sale of 22 units at 186 and 230 Ackerman Ave. in Clifton where VP Debbie Pomerantz represented the seller and pro- cured the buyer. She also was involved in the sale of the Lenox Ave. East Orange property as well as orchestrating the sale of a 36-unit building located at 89 4th St., in Passaic. “Across North Jersey, exist- ing class B assets are benefiting from the consequential effects of the latest wave of construc- tion activity, rendering these vintage pre- and post-war, in- ventory-dominating properties in highest demand among in- vestors,” said Uranowitz. “New owners are moving swiftly to implement value-add capital improvements to upgrade units and bring them up to market- rate rents.
