new, 55,000 s/f medical office building in Q4 2016, and has branded it as the Rockaway Beach Medical Arts Complex. When completed, this facility will be one of the most desir- able medical office buildings in all of the Rockaways. The project is anchored by South Nassau Communities Hospi- tal, the region’s leading medi- cal service provider, and will also include a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center, primary care and specialty physician offices, an imaging center, a pharmacy, and more. Construction is estimated to be completed by Q4 2017. n
