the 12th Annual Meeting of Commercial Real Estate Women of the Lehigh Valley (CREW LV) which was held November 16 in the 1741 Terrace of the Historic Hotel Bethlehem. Conducted by 2016 Presi- dent Pam Morris with as- sistance from Past President Adrienne Kwiatek-Holub and incoming 2017 President Kristin Holmes, the lunch- time event recapped an active year, reviewed goals, updated the organization’s by-laws, celebrated successes and benefited the Sixth Street Shelter. Secretary Marie McCon- nell. announced the officers elected to serve in 2017: Pres- ident Kristin Holmes; Pres- ident-Elect Betsy Scham- berger; Directors-at-Large, Karen Duerholz and Julie Macomb; Secretary, Marie McConnell; Treasurer Jen- nifer Keat; Corresponding Secretary, Sandy Kuhns; and Past President, Pam Morris. Members brought dona- tions to stock the pantry of the Sixth Street Shelter, a transitional housing pro- gram in Allentown, PA that provides support to help resi- dents become self-sufficient, productive members of the community. n

The Executive Committee named Lisa Pektor as the chapter’s Del- egate to the national meetings.
