“GDP grew at only 2.5 percent during all of 2024, with the Biden administration’s parting legacy being a -0.5 per- cent contraction during the first quarter of 2025. Since that time, GDP has risen to 3.8 percent and 4.3 percent, respectively during Q2 and Q3, with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s GDP model projecting a surge to 5.1 per- cent - 5.4 percent for Q4. “There is also “light at the end of the tunnel” in the banking/lending industry. The ineptitude of the Feder- al Reserve with delayed interest rate adjustments and over-regulation manifested in the tightening of both mon- ey supply and lending requirements.
