• Strong understanding of what constitutes excellent customer service • Experience in the Sales and/or Marketing sector

• Analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven senior leadership experience
Ideally you will have:
• A good understanding of Facilities Management, compliance and legislative requirements • A sound understanding of ANUK guidelines • Experience in debt management • At least 3 years in a Management position, preferably spent in Student Accommodation or Hospitality
