It will be the responsibility of the buyer to have the yearling bulls fertility tested before they are turned out with the cows or before 15 months of age. The seller reserves the privilege to prove a bull is a breeder. If the bull fails to prove a breeder, the seller will either replace the bull with another of equal quality or give credit to the buyer at the next sale less any salvage value of the bull. In the event that a bull becomes permanently injured or dies within the first breeding season, if notified promptly, the seller shall allow credit to the buyer or one half the purchase price toward another bull less any salvage value.
