He added when asked for an effort at the entrance to the straight the gelding only responded for a short distance and was disappointing to the finish. Post-race Vet Exam - No abnormalities.

24/11/2024 CANB When questioned, rdr advised he was instructed to ride his mount, which was up in distance today, more prominently. He added his mount was under pressure from the 600m and failed to run on in the straight and in his view is better suited to being ridden more quietly. Post-race Vet Exam - No abnormalities. 26/12/2024 CAUH Held up for clear running from 400m until passing 200m before shifting out to obtain clear running. 14/09/2024 FLEM Slow to begin before being hampered. Rider - never travelled well during the race and when asked for an effort in the straight failed to respond to his riding. Follow up - Stable advised that the gelding pulled up sound and may not have appreciated the wet conditions. 21/12/2024 PAKM Held up from the 500m before gaining clear running passing the 200m 24/11/2024 KILM Rounding the home turn shifted out and bumped. 21/12/2024 RAND Rdr reported that he had anticipated settling outside the lead, however, his mount failed to muster speed from the barriers despite being given the opportunity to do so. He said that the gelding closed off only fairly, but did not appear to stretch out comfortably and raced as though it would be better suited on a track with more give. A post-race veterinary examination did not reveal any abnormalities.
