DIRECTIONS TO RANCH 16 miles south of Mandan, ND on Highway 1806. Turn right on Co Rd 80. Stay right and in 2.2 miles take another right onto 55th St. Turn right at the T in the road and go one mile to the ranch. Coming from Highway 6: At St. Anthony go east 4 miles on Co. Rd 136. Then at the curve, go south one mile on Co Rd 81. At the first intersection turn left back onto Co. Rd 136. Go 3.5 miles to the next intersection and take a left and go 2.2 miles to the farm (the road will curve back to the west).

This sale is conducted under the standard terms and conditions adopted by the American Simmental Association. If you have any questions, please contact us. In no instance shall the seller be responsible for more than the purchase price of the animal. INSURANCE We are not responsible for accidents involving purchased animals that stay at the ranch; therefore, we encourage you to insure your purchases. There will be insurance available through the office on sale day through Martin- Trudeau Insurance, contact Ray Trudeau at 605-770-5170. HEALTH All animals have been vaccinated multiple times with Clostridial vaccines, Modified Live and Killed multivalent viral vaccines, Haemophilus somnus, Pasteurella and Mycoplasma bovis. They were treated multiple times for in ternal and external parasites. Our cow herd and the herd bulls are monitored for Johne’s disease every year and all new additions are tested for Johne’s disease and other diseases as warranted. SEMEN RETENTION • We will retain 50% semen interest on bulls selling for less than $10,000. • We will retain 33% semen interest on bulls selling from $10,001-$25,000. • We will retain 25% semen interest on bulls selling from $25,001-$50,000. • We will retain 10% semen interest on bulls selling from $50,001-$100,000. We also reserve the right for in herd use only, of up to 100 units of semen per year. We pay for the collection costs associated with the collection of our in

herd use only semen. CARE AND BOARD

Bulls will be boarded for free until end of April. If we board bulls, they will be semen tested prior to delivery. The bulls that we are asked to keep and feed, will be put in with our bulls and cared for in the same manner we care for our own.
