VARSITY TENNIS (6) Competed on the beautiful Radnor Valley Country Club courts. A young team faced tough competition in the AACA and showed great promise. Grade 12 athletes competing in the AACA Doubles Tourney included: Lindsay Elston/Rachel competed in invitational and league meets throughout the season. At the PIAA District One Meet, Kathryn Gallagher ’22 shone, capturing gold in 200- and 400-meter runs and silver in the 100-meter run. Maya Walker ’24 earned gold in the 800-meter run. Both earned All-District honors and punched tickets to the PIAA State Meet. Kathryn is currently running at Saint Joseph’s University in Long Sprints. Also at Districts, Aly Albanese ’23 earned silver in the high jump and earned All-District honors. Miler Makenzie Fisher ’24 earned silver. All Cloran and Olivia Kuzmick/Alice Verna. VARSITY TRACK & FIELD
four athletes earned postseason honors. Keeping with tradition, the Lions sent runners to the Penn Relays; teams ran in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays. VARSITY VOLLEYBALL (2) posted another banner year! The team earned their 5th consecutive PIAA District One AA crown and advanced to the final in the PIAA State Tournament. Earning individual honors: Aly Albanese ’23: All-District, All-Delco; Annie Corcoran ’24: All-State, All-District, All-Delco; Liz Cuskey ’23: All-State, All- District, AACA All-Star, All-Delco; Lilly Hornickle ’24: All- District, All-Delco; Emily McKenna ’23: All-State, All-District, AACA All-Star, All-Delco; Bella O’Toole ’22: All-State, All-District, AACA All-Star, All-Delco. Bella also received the All-Delco Scholar-Athlete Award for her accomplishments in volleyball.
