Annually, your museum: Features two rotating exhibitions from the permanent collection showcasing varying themes and six rotating guest exhibitions featuring local and national artistic talents. Showcases one additional special event, catered toward a new genre that expands our traditional offerings. Past years have featured a live bronze pour, pottery throw and painting demonstration. WELCOME TO THE “FAM” FILLEY ART MUSEUM

Generates an average of 15 unique art and art education classes of varying disciplines, serving 175 students of all ages.

Hosts more than 50 educational docent-led tours for school and club groups reaching 1000 students.

Hosts ten or more facility rental events where the exhibits provide exceptional framework engagement for all types of events. Promotes more than 100 regional artists in the Filley Gift Shoppe. Collects and preserves artwork, building the permanent collection for future generations.

“The strength of community pride, a united mission, and the investments of skill and time from many volunteers and board members continues to help our organization thrive with vibrancy and growth each year. More than 40 local volunteers serving on 15 committees consistently tackle tasks varying from assisting with exhibit installation to event planning for the annual ball and special events like our “Filley Fest” Street Festival - Executive Director, Brittany Novotny We would like to give special acknowledgement to the Mardi Gras Planning Committee Members whose hard work and dedication has brought you this event.
