Ceci rend possible l’intégration avec succès des produits dans des projets de décoration d’intérieur et l’obtention des effets souhaités TOUCHER AGRÉABLE Finitions douces des matériaux offrant une sensa- tion de chaleur due en partie à la faible conduction thermique du matériel. Dans les compositions la part des matières premières naturelles est impor- tante, d’où un toucher sec, chaud et doux facilement identifiable au toucher de la peau ANTIBACTÉRIEN La surface antibactérienne base son mode d’action sur des composants intégrés dans le contenu des matériaux, habituellement très efficaces contre les micro-organismes et inoffensifs pour l’orga- nisme humain RÉSISTANCE À L’EXPOSITION À LA LUMIÈRE Les matériaux passent avec succès des tests de résistance à la lumière comme le Xenotest (300 heures) / DE<1,0 et la 19712-2 Norme du solid sur- face, sans altération visible. Cette résistance va octroyer une meilleure durabilité face aux effets du vieillissement par exposition à la lumière. COLORIMÉTRIE Le procédé de contrôle de la couleur (spectropho- tométrie) commence par une sélection exhaustive et une définition de couleurs dans notre laboratoire, puis par un suivi complet durant la production. Ceci permet de garantir que nos couleurs rentrent dans les paramètres établis dans les rangs de tolérance DE<1,5 afin que la continuité et la répétitivité de la couleur soient assurées. Ces paramètres sont spécifiquement rigoureux en ce qui concerne la gamme de couleurs Standard Basics et Trends et vont permettre une intégration totalement satisfai- sante des produits dans des projets avec le résultat de decoration souhaité. MATS PROFONDS La combinaison de technologies de fabrication au moyen de moules de fabrication, machines et matériaux rend possible l’obtention de couleurs d’un mat profond. Chez nous, le contrôleur de production effectue des mesures périodiques du mat et de la brillance spéculaire des surfaces de nos produits où les valeurs les plus habituelles sont <10 UB à 85º. ANTI-CRAQUAGE La nature des matériaux évite le craquage, l’appa- rition de fissures en surface grâce à l’homogénéi - té et la compacité dans des conditions correctes d’installation et d’entretien. TEXTURE HAUTE DÉFINITION Les textures sont réalisées après des études dé- taillées qui vont permettre de trouver les effets esthétiques désirés. En parallèle, un travail micro et macro est effectué. Micro car il consiste à travailler ces textures pour garantir que leur relief reproduise le design souhaité tout en conservant les autres caractéristiques nécessaires du produit comme la retenue d’eau contrôlée, la simplicité de l’entretien, etc… Le travail macro consiste à ramener ce concept de texture à tous les usages, toutes les formes et les formats pour lesquels elle va être employée afin de garantir une mise en application optimale sur les produits.

ANGENEHME HAPTIK Sanfte Materialien und Oberflächen, die eine warme Haptik bieten, zum Teil aufgrund der fehlenden Wärmeleitfähigkeit des Materials. In den Zusam- mensetzungen besteht der größte Teil des Materials aus natürlichen Rohstoffen, die ihm ein trockenes, warmes und weiches Gefühl verleihen, sodass es angenehm auf der Haut wirkt. ANTIBAKTERIELL Die Wirkungsweise der antibakteriellen Oberfläche basiert auf in die Materialzusammensetzung inte- grierten Komponenten, die hochwirksam gegen Mikroorganismen, aber unschädlich für den mens- chlichen Organismus sind. BESTÄNDIGKEIT GEGEN LICHTEINWIRKUNG Die Materialien bestehen Lichtbeständigkeitstests wie z. B. den Xenotest (300 Stunden) / DE < 1,0, und die Norm 19712-2 für Solid Surface (Keine sichtbaren Veränderungen). Diese Beständigkeit ermöglicht eine bessere Haltbarkeit gegen Auswirkungen der Alterung durch Lichteinwirkung. KOLORIMETRIE Der Prozess der Farbkontrolle (spektralfometrisch) beginnt nach einer mühsamen Auswahl und Definition der Farben im Labor, um mit einer sorgfältigen Kontrolle mit der Produktion fortzufahren. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass die Farben innerhalb eines parametrisierten Kanons mit Toleranzen ΔE < 1,5 liegen, der die Farbkontinuität und Wiederholbarkeit am besten umsetzt. Diese Parameter sind bei der Farbpalette Standard Basics und Trends besonders streng und ermöglichen eine zufriedenstellendere Integration der Produkte in Innenarchitekturprojekte, indem sie die vom Designer gewünschten Effekte erzielen. TIEFES MAT Die Kombination von Fertigungstechnologien durch Produktionsformen, Maschinen und Materialien, ermöglicht die Erlangung von tiefmatten Farben. Die Produktionskontrolle führt regelmäßige Mes- sungen des Matt-/Spiegelglanzes der Oberflächen ihrer Produkte durch, wobei die häufigsten Werte <10 UB bei 85º sind. VORBEUGUNG VON RISSBILDUNG Die Beschaffenheit der Materialien verhindert aufgrund ihrer Homogenität und Kompaktheit bei ordnungsgemäßer Verlegung und Wartung die so genannte Rissbildung und vermeidet das mögliche Auftreten von Oberflächenrissen . HOCHDETAILLIERTE TEXTUR Die Texturen im Unternehmen werden durch de- taillierte Studien hergestellt, um die gewünschten ästhetischen Effekte zu finden. Parallel zu diesen Arbeiten werden Mikro- und Makroarbeiten durchge- führt. Die Mikroarbeit besteht darin, diese Texturen so zu bearbeiten, dass ihr Relief das geforderte De- sign erreicht, aber andere notwendige Eigenschaften des Produkts wie kontrollierte Wasserrückhaltung, leichte Reinigung usw. beibehält. Die Makroarbeit besteht in der Ausarbeitung dieses Texturkonzepts auf alle Verwendungen, Formen und Formate, in denen es verwendet wird, um die beste Umsetzung in den Produkten zu gewährleisten.

FINE TEXTURE The textures in the company are created through detailed research to find out the desired aesthe - tic effects. A micro and macro job is performed in parallel to that.
