APPROVED:___________________________________________________________________________ (Board Liaison) DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE OR NATURE OF REQUEST: Hold My Court reservation system limits bookings to one court per day for a maximum of two hours based on the current ORPS Rules & Regulations. We believe this rule limits court usage unnecessarily. Hold My Court can be easily updated to allow multiple bookings. RECOMMENDATION/MOTION: Motion made and unanimously passed to REMOVE the following statement from the Outdoor Resort Palm Springs – RULES & REGULATIONS 6.G. COURT RESERVATIONS 3. Individual Owners/Renters may reserve one court per day for a maximum of two (2) hours for any one group (singles or doubles) _____________________________________________________________________________________ COMMITTEE ACTION (Note that the action was considered at an official meeting of the Committee and was approved by a majority vote): Motion made and unanimously approved at the March 6, 2001 Committee Meeting.
