The A&A proposes 5 rule modifications or additions: Rule 1: ""The A&A has felt that the stair landings are not large enough to be safe especially when the door opens the wrong way. This dimension provides ample landing space to stand on the landing and open the door safely no matter which way the door opens. Section 5- Lot Modifications B. Stairs and Stairways 1. All stairs and stairways must be constructed of a solid material (wrought iron railings are permissible.) The design is the responsibility of the Owner and must provide for safe ingress and egress. Approved unanimously by the A&A committee at the A&A meeting on February 10, 2021. Rule 2: ""This is the second season the A&A committee has looked at rules for privacy screens. After reviewing the products available, the types of screens already in the resort, the types of screens that will withstand the weather conditions, the purpose for which the owners are purchasing the screens, the other options available to owners to achieve their privacy and the aesthetics for the resort the A&A has determined the following: SECTION 4 - PERMITS REQUIRED 1. Permit Required Except for limited, routine maintenance items described below, before any improvement is done on any Lot, a permit is required to ensure that all modifications and improvements comply with the Association's Governing Documents. For purposes of this requirement, the term "*Improvement" includes, without limitation, the construction, installation, alteration, removal , or remodeling of any buildings, walls, privacy spreens, decks, fences, pools, landscaping, antennas, utility lines structures, installations and improvements of any kind. Refer to CC&Rs, Article 7.3. SECTION 5 - LOT MODIFICATION IMPROVEMENTS c. WALLS1FENCING/PET ENCLOSURES/PR/VA CY SCREENS 1.
