Industrial pistol grip/one handed grease gun. Used for greasing in confined spaces/restricted access. Unique variable stroke feature allows increased pressure from short strokes and high volumes from full strokes (7500 psi 517 bar). Machined to precision tolerances (die cast head, 1.2mm barrel). Accepts either 400cc cartridges or 500cc bulk fill. Supplied with 225mm flexible spout and 4 jaw connecto . Fitted with unique bulk filling loade , doubles as an air bleed.

GR.H12.L High pressure, direct feed grease pump. Fits directly onto 12.5Kg keg. Rubber edged follower plate. 1.2m high pressure outlet hose. 4 jaw connector. GR.BFILL.L Low pressure high volume grease pump. Pumps grease up to NGLI2, fits 12.5kg kegs. 1.2m outlet hose and quick release female connector.
Opens clogged grease fittings/loosens hardened grease joints. Maintains and protects bearings, control arms, joints, king pins etc. Tap with a hammer to force light viscosity oil through the tool into the coupler and finall , into the grease joint - breaking up and removing dirt and debris. Built in hand guard for added safety. Flexible hose attachment reaches fittings in difficult areas. Comes with a greas coupler for connection onto the grease
fitting and 2 spare piston]seal for replacing as they wear out.

Portable Greasing System
Ideal for heavy plant and site use. Foot operated. Suitable for grease up to and including NLGI 2. Foot operated by pressing on the spring loaded system. Hose is then charged with grease ready for dispensing. A single charge dispenses 30 shots of grease. Super dispensing gun has high pressure and high volume settings.
