HYDRAULIC FILTRATION
The UFI Hydraulic Division return filters are named ‘ ANK CARE’ because they take care of the oil returning into the tank, ensuring the fluid cleanliness level to be within the required values. Nominal flow rates up to 2.400 L/mi (635 GPM). Degree of filtration is from 5m(c) to 90m. Filter elements are glass fibre, cellulose and metal wire mesh media. Materials: • Aluminium alloy head and cover • Polyamide bowl for FRA21-31-32-33-41 • Zinc-plated steel bowl for FRA41-42-51-52-53-5D • Polyamide bypass valve • NBR nitrile seals (FKM fluoroelastomer on request • Brass indicator housing Compatibility: (ISO 2943:1999) • Full with fluids: HH-HL-HM-H -HTG (according to ISO 6743/4)
Pressures: (ISO 10771-1:2002) • Maximum working: 1,2 MPa (12 bar) • Test: 1,5 MPa (15 bar) • Bursting: 2,5 MPa (25 bar) • Collapse differential for the filter element (ISO 2941): 400 kPa (4 bar)
