The most economical option for managing, containing and protecting your hose, cables and other equipment. Applications include protection for hose assemblies, ropes and wire harnesses. • MSHA approved for underground mines, IC 171/1 • ISO 6945 abrasion standard, minimum 50,000 cycles • Melting point: +220ºC • Resists mildew and bacterial growth • Non-toxic • Excellent resistance to UV ageing • Very good chemical compatibility
Our highest performance sleeve, designed to control and dissi pate n uids from dangerous hose bursts. For use in line-of-sight applications, to help protect personnel and equipment from the effects of a hose failure.
• MSHA approved IC171/1 • Outer layer withstands a minimum 350,000 cycles, abrasion tested using ISO 6945 test method • Controls bursts up to 13,000 psi • Two-layer structure with inner yellow layer acting as an abrasion indicator
• Meets ISO 3457, 4413, 6945, 6805, EN 414, MDG 41 and MSHA IC171/2 • Excellent resistance to UV ageing • 40 metre lengths available on request • Melting point: +215ºC

Nylon Hose Protection Sleeve This textile sleeve consists of nylon multim lament. Complying with European standards, it has excellent abrasion resistance, and is ideal for protecting people, environment and machinery against any possible hydraulic hose oil leakage or spill. • Material: nylon (polyamide) • Thickness: 0.8mm (European standard) • Melting point: +230ºC • Burst and leakage • Pin hole test approved
