Requirements Candidates/post holders will be expected to demonstrate the following

Experience Experience of managing Maintenance Contracts

Substantial experience using engineering building management systems Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical building services, control applications and BSRIA and CIBSE industry guidelines

Experience of managing projects

Education and Knowledge C&G 2391 or C&G2356 or similar NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification

E E E

C&G HVAC qualification

Trend Expert level qualification

D D

BEng (Hons) Buildings Services/Controls/Instrumentation

CITB or IOSH equivalent health and safety qualification

Skills & Abilities Microsoft Word and Excel

E E E

Able to write Trend controller / network software and graphics

Good understanding of data networks (Modbus/Bacnet, Trend current loop, RS232, RS485, TCP/IP, Cat 5)
