INTRODUCTION Opened by Charles Henry Harrod, an East End grocer and tea merchant, in 1834, relocating to Knightsbridge in 1849, the Harrods store is recognised globally as a symbol of excellence. To challenge all conventional views of what is and isn’t possible and in turn creating new possibilities into an art form. We are seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead on the estates strategy and re-development masterplan. The Senior Project Manager will develop, procure and deliver a range of refurbishment projects, leading development schemes valued up to and in excess of £20m across our historic and complex Knightsbridge estate. The role will report to the Director of Store Development, and will work across the various business units, developing project briefs, appointing a leading consultant teams, overseeing the successful delivery and handover of projects.
