Personalization Instructions
We offer in-house Personalization services.
Please login to your online account or refer to our Price Lists for more information on which urns can be Personalized. These urns are also noted with an asterisk (*) in this catalog.
In order for us to complete your Personalization order with limited errors and potential changes, we require a Personalization Order Form to be completed for each engraving request.
This Personalization Order Form can be found on Page 63 or you can download a fillable pdf version of this form from our website’s ‘download catalogs’ page. Kindly photocopy and fill out the Personalization Order Form , then submit via email to info@commemorate.ca and we will send you an Engraving Proof which will need to be approved before proceeding with Personalization Request.
Alternatively, you may submit your order with an engraving request through your online account at: commemorate.com
*Personalization can take up to 3 business days from approval of artwork.
