His innovative ideas during our brainstorming sessions and meticulous attention to detail in every project and task that comes his way are amazing, and his hard work does not go unnoticed. Safe

SPOTLIGHTING BELLEVUE YARD

Elizabeth Wagner — Dispatcher Liz has been working in the lumber industry for almost 10 years. She came from our competition, and we are sure glad she did. Liz excels at problem-solving and making things better. She is a leader at our location for safety and continuous improvement. Donny Karst — Receiver Donny is one of our seasoned vets. He has been with us for 10 years and even longer in the industry. He is the go-to guy for our employees, the general manager included. When Donny isn’t at work keeping our inventory accurate, he’s going to concerts. He has the best playlist in Bellevue. Mario — Yard Manager Mario has been in our industry since 1996, when he started working for Yard Manager Jim Shaffer in Bellevue. Mario sets the bar for safety and customer service. He mentors and coaches his employees to work in that order. Safety, then customer service. In Mario’s spare time, he enjoys welding and woodworking in his shop. Bellevue has earned a reputation as the go-to destination for top-notch service and unparalleled quality, largely thanks to our dedicated yard crew.

Three miles out from a small town’s main street and in the weeds off Glendale Road sits our Bellevue location. Even though we’re off the beaten path, our customers make the trip, and a large part of the reason is our exceptional yard crew. Our yard crew keeps our facility running smooth and covers a 150-mile delivery radius. This team shows up daily, braves the best weather Idaho offers, and sets the standard for pride and quality for which Bellevue wants to be known. Juan Baeza — Load Builder Juan worked as a chef in a restaurant for 26 years before making a career change. He’s unmatched when cooking breakfast and operates a forklift like nobody’s business. Fidel Castro — CDL Driver Fidel worked many years in construction, where he learned to take pride in quality craftsmanship. This sense of pride in his work has followed Fidel to Franklin. He goes above and beyond for our customers and his fellow team members daily. Paul Dean — CDL Driver Paul traveled the world working as an executive chef for many years before moving to the Wood River Valley. He has been

with us for almost five years and recently accomplished his lifelong goal of getting his CDL. Paul has been an instrumental part of

building our Bellevue culture. Greg Babikoff — CDL Driver

Greg came from Portland, Oregon, where he worked as a millwright in the steel industry for many years. He is a people person and one of our best at customer service. In his spare time, Greg engineers and fabricates whitewater rafts. Jose Martinez — CDL Jose, our longest-tenured employee in Bellevue, has been with the company for 12 years. Jose is the face our builders know and trust when it comes to delivering their lumber. He probably knows more people in our industry than Lumpy.
